This 3 bedroom cottage is located on the riverfront only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach! Enjoy the peace and quiet of this riverfront property - yet be close enough to the amenities of Sauble Beach!- The cottage offers a tranquil view of the river from the livingroom! The cottage offers great wildlife viewing - there are many species of birds that call the area home.

Sauble Falls is located 1/2 km from the cottage - and there is crown land directly across from it. Canoe or kayak the river - you can rent a boat close by. You can also canoe or kayak from Sauble Falls to the mouth of the river and the beach. The river also offers fishing from small aluminum boats.

The cottage is located at 14 Cammidge cresent just off of Sauble Falls Rd.
