1.  Max. 6 people.

2,  Please no tents on the property, as it is against the by-law

3.  Quiet time 11p.m.  (music lowered, visitors gone)  (respect for the other tenants)

4.  Two cars per cottage.

5.  As we are on a sand point, it is advisable to bring your own drinking water.

6.  No sanitary products go down the toilet.  We are on a septic system, it may plug.

7.  All fires are to be kept within the fire pit.  There may or may not be a fire advisory on at the time, check with us.

8.  No pets Please.

9.  No smoking Please.

10. Never leave your children unattended at the beach.  The undertow can be very strong.

11. If staying two weeks, Garbage day is on Monday, Recycling is every other Monday.

12. These are housekeeping units, please leave them as you found them.  Vacuum and broom is provided.
